Illustrator Research #17- Eric Sturdevant

Website

Eric Sturdevant earned a BFA at Virginia Commonwealth University in Communication Arts and Design with an emphasis in illustration. His illustrations have been featured in magazines, children's publications, and greeting cards. His work is digitally created and maintains a graphic look while adding texture and depth.

His clients have been Macworld, Running Press, GL Girl's Life, Scholastic, Inc., Harcourt School Publishers, Educational Insights, American Greetings, Holt, Rinehart and Winston, McGraw-Hill, USA Weekend, Golf for Women, Atlanta Magazine, Texas Monthly, Log Home Living, Electronic House, Houghton Mifflin, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, Wall Street Journal, Thrivent, Links Magazine, Christian Science Monitor, and Charlotte Magazine.

Eric's work overall is comical and fun, and I enjoy how he creates contrast with textures.
